Lucky Petals is a floral design portfolio offering bouquets and plant arrangements upon individual request. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and live plants, specific conditions apply regarding changes, refunds, and replacements.

Flowers and plants are natural, perishable products. Their appearance may vary depending on season, availability, and sourcing location.
Minor variations in color, shape, or size are considered a normal part of floral design and do not constitute defects.

Any resolution, including refunds or replacements, is considered only in cases where an issue is directly caused by an error on our side.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If an arrangement arrives damaged or does not match the agreed request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us review the situation, we may request:

  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the arrangement received
  • relevant delivery details

Each case is reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • a replacement arrangement
  • a partial refund
  • a full refund

The resolution method is determined on a case-by-case basis.


3. Custom and Special Requests

All bouquets and plant arrangements are prepared individually based on specific requests.

For this reason:

  • Custom and specially sourced arrangements are generally non-refundable once preparation has begun
  • Changes or cancellations may not be possible after confirmation

If an issue arises with a custom request upon delivery, please contact us promptly. Each situation is reviewed individually.


4. Delivery-Related Issues

Lucky Petals is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the recipient
  • recipient unavailability at the time of delivery
  • external factors beyond reasonable control (such as customs delays, local courier disruptions, or weather conditions)

In such cases, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
